We’re delighted that you’ve chosen to live at RISE Viera, your luxury active senior apartment community in Viera, FL.
In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled into your new home.

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, ensure that you have paid all applicable move-in fees and the Resident Shield fee.

To receive keys to your apartment, all move-in fees must be paid. Paying online is quick and easy!

 

    • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal 
    • Via the Resident Portal, click “Need to Sign Up” or use the login created during the application process
    • Select “Make a Payment”
    • Add your account
    • Pay
    • An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Maintenance

To submit a regular maintenance request, please contact us.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.
